  • 50 ML Tolmanns Gin
  • 25 ML Limoncello
  • 1 Tablesp honey
  • 10 ML Lavender sirup
  • Lemon juice

How to serve

  1. Step 1 Pour the Tolmanns gin into a highball glass
  2. Step 2 Add ice cubes to fill the glass
  3. Step 3 Top with ginger ale
  4. Step 4 Garnish with a lime wedge or slices of fresh ginger
