- 50 ML Tolmanns Gin
- 25 ML Limoncello
- 1 Tablesp honey
- 10 ML Lavender sirup
- Lemon juice
How to serve
- Step 1 Pour the Tolmanns gin into a highball glass
- Step 2 Add ice cubes to fill the glass
- Step 3 Top with ginger ale
- Step 4 Garnish with a lime wedge or slices of fresh ginger
