- 15ml Lemon Juice
- 10ml Rosolio ( Italicus / Doragrossa )
- 5ml Doragrossa Violetta
- 5ml Sugar Syrup
- 2 dashes Grapefruits & Hops Bitters
- 50ml Sparkling Wine
How to serve
- Add all ingredients to a shaker, fill with ice, shake for a few seconds, and fine strain in a long drink over ice cubes.
